A global youth-focused functional fitness program delivered through schools and scaled through competition, community and technology.
EXCLSR starts inside schools and grows into regional and global competition, creating a structured pathway from first session to elite performance.
In partnership with DEKA, a global leader in functional fitness competition, EXCLSR is introducing a new era of youth fitness racing.
Our platform combines structured race formats, school participation and performance data to create a competitive environment where young people can challenge themselves, track their progress and build lifelong healthy habits.
EXCLSR is the first formal school fitness race held in an arena environment.
Designed to inspire the next generation through competition, teamwork and performance.
Part of the EXCLSR programme, the event brings schools together to compete in a structured race format while building the foundations for a long-term youth fitness movement.

EXCLSR delivers an all-year school-based development programme for young people aged 8–18. Students train, track their progress, and compete through the EXCLSR App. The programme builds towards live race events, with the first event Derby Race in September 2026.

EXCLSR was born from a simple belief that young people deserve a better experience of fitness.
We saw the gap between traditional school sport and the way today’s generation actually wants to move, connect and challenge themselves – we knew it could be done differently.
EXCLSR brings functional fitness into schools in a way that feels purposeful and accessible, giving every child the chance to improve at their own pace while still feeling part of something bigger.
Through real competition formats and smart technology that supports progress behind the scenes, we create a clear pathway from first session to global stage.
We will become the global standard for youth fitness, embedded in schools, recognised by governments and loved by students.
Our mission is to develop the next generation of healthy, resilient and confident individuals through structured programmes that combine sport, wellbeing and technology.
We ignite pride, progression and performance in every student and create a personal global benchmark for youth health, competition and community.
EXCLSR develops the whole individual by combining physical performance, mental resilience and personal growth into one integrated framework.
Built by professionals with experience across sport, performance and youth development environments.
Our platform uses technology and data to track progress, personalise development and provide measurable outcomes; giving schools and parents clear visibility on each child’s development.
We create environments where kids feel supported, challenged and connected by building communities that inspire growth and collaboration.

Schools interested in introducing EXCLSR can contact our team via email on hello@exclsr.com. We will organise an initial conversation to understand your school’s needs and explore how the EXCLSR framework can be integrated into your existing programmes. Our team will then work with you to design a tailored programme that fits your students, schedule and facilities.
EXCLSR programmes are designed for school-aged students, from 8 to 18 years old, with development frameworks tailored to different age groups to ensure activities are appropriate, engaging and effective.
The EXCLSR APP combines structured physical challenges with AI-powered insights to support student development.
Students create a secure profile where their performance and progress are tracked over time. The platform then uses this data to generate personalised training guidance, while teachers and coaches access a dashboard that helps them plan sessions, monitor progress and identify development trends.
An anonymised leaderboard allows students to benchmark themselves against peers by age group, school and country, helping to motivate participation while maintaining privacy.
The platform is built with strict data protection standards and is designed to evolve over time, including potential integration with wearable fitness technology.
